Juices

Always buy organic juices. Fruit grown organically is not sprayed with sulphuryl fluoride.

Sulphuryl fluoride is being phased out, but that will take three years.

However, not all reconstituted juices are free of fluoridation. This is because even organic reconstituted juices can be reconstituted with tap water containing fluoride, lead, and arsenic.

For example, Santa Cruz reconstituted juices are organic. However, Santa Cruz has two bottling plants. One is in California and the other is in New Jersey. The plant in California uses well water. The plant in New Jersey uses filtered city tap water, and the city tap water is fluoridated. Santa Cruz says it cannot guarantee that the filtration system removes the fluoride.

On the other hand, there are non-organic juices which are reconstituted with non-fluoridated water. For example, Treetop juices are bottled in Selah, Washington. Selah does not fluoridate its water. However, the Selah water department says that Selah water does contain around .3 ppm calcium fluoride, which is naturally occurring and not as harmful as artificial fluorides such as sodium fluoride and the silicofluorides. On the other hand, Treetop juices are not organic, which means that they can still be sprayed with chemicals.

I suggest that you eat organic fruit instead of drinking fruit juices. Plant some plum trees and grapes and gooseberries and raspberries in your yard. Grapefruit and pomello are my favorite store-bought fruits.

When you buy orange juice, but organic orange juice that is not from concentrate.
