Fluoride is an ineffective way to prevent tooth decay. At best, claim the fluoridationists, it reduces tooth decay 30%.

Shouldn’t we focus instead of natural ways to prevent tooth decay, such as eating less sugar, eating a lot of calcium and magnesium rich vegetables, and getting plenty of exposure to sun or taking a vitamin D supplement.
